PE PP agriculture plastic film washing recycling machine
PE PP film washing recycling line is designed for recycling agriculture film, waste industry film, house refuse films, ton bags, PP woven bags. PE PP film washing recycling line basic process as follow: Belt conveyor- shredder- screw feeder- high speed friction washer-double V bottom rinsing washer-film squeezing dryer- hopper. PE PP film washing recycling line capacity is 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h. We can make PE PP film washing recycling line according to buyer’s requirement. Description for main unit machine:
1) agriculture film crusher: if your material not packed in roll, we suggestion you adopt XPS model crusher. If your material packed in roll, we suggest single shaft shredder machine.
2) drum separator: to separate small stones and sands from the material.
3) dust remover: to remove dust on the film.
4) friction washer: New model. To remove stubborn stains on the film. It has three sections in this machine. Frist section is dirty water dewatering, second section is clean water washing and the third one is friction dewatering.
5) PE PP film squeezing machine: low power consumption, high efficiency. Final moisture content around 3%.
* Guarantee period: 13 months since date of bill of lading.
During this guarantee period, Lianda will provide spare parts for free in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by buyer’s incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
* If machine has the quality problem, Lianda will solve the problem what the buyer face about the machine in 24 hours.
