PE PP garbage film crushing, washing recycling line with CE certificate
This production line is specially designed for crushing, washing and drying garbage PE/PP film.
Main production flowing as follows: belt conveyor→ single shaft shredder→ belt conveyor →High speed friction washer→floating washing tank→ screw discharger→high speed horizontal dewater machine→Pipe dryer→ storage hopper. You can get clean PP, PE material flakes after this production line, then, it can directly go to granulating machine to make granules.
Device will be different depend on different material. For example, we suggest to use squeezing dryer for PE film material which final moisture content is around 3-5%. Horizontal dewater machine for PP films.
If raw material is agriculture PE film with heavy sand, grass, we suggest use agriculture sand remover in front of crusher. it is good for prolong the service life of crusher blades.
