INTRODUCTION
This machine consists of ultra low speed, no broken elevator, vertical air screen, cyclone duster system,
large proportion platform, vibrating and grading screen.
It can remove dust, chaff, shell and other light impurities, It also can remove the blighted seed,
budding seed, damaged seed (by insect), rotten seed, deteriorated seed, moldy seed, non-viable seed, seed with black powder sick.
When the large and small impurity have removed, the finished product separate to best,
medium and small particles.
Features:
1 This machine can replace Gravity separator .If need feed into the Gravity separator, can improve the purity of grain/seed .
So as to reducing the load of Gravity table, increase the production ;
2 For the processing of wheat, rice, corn, soybean, sorghum and other commodity grain, productivity can reach 25t/h,
and can remove more than 90% blighted seed, budding seed, damaged seed (by insect), rotten seed, deteriorated seed,
moldy seed, non-viable seed, seed with black powder sick;
3 Selecting grain by air-screen, gravity table, vibrating screen. Labor, energy saving and consumption reducing.
