High Quality Seed Processing Line

This is a 5 tons per hour seeds cleaning line.   The machine is suitable for all kinds of seeds such as wheat,  corn, beans, paddy, etc.

Our seed processing line mainly includes machines as follows.

Air-screen Cleaner can remove the light, big and small impurity such as dust, straw, stem, etc from seeds.

Seed De-stoner can remove the stone from seeds

Gravity Separator can remove the bad quality seeds such as moldy seeds, blighted seeds, budding seed, damaged seed(by insect), rotten seeds, deteriorated seeds, non-viable seeds, seeds with black powder sick, etc  from good quality seeds.

Seed Treater is to coat the seeds with the medicines to protect the seeds from being bitten by the insects

Packing Machine is to weigh and bag the seeds automatically.

Elevators are to elevate the seeds to the machines and connetc each machines to a whole processing line.
