Main Application: This processing line is mainly used for pretreatment processing for sea cucumber and similar seafood products;
Capacity: from 500-1000kg/hr for fresh materials;
Washing damage ratio: <=3%;
Main processing flow:
The processing have the complete processing flows for gutting, soaking, washing, blanching/cooking, cooling and dewatering. This processing line can follow with vacuum freeze drying, hot air dehydration and other processes to make FD or AD sea cucumber value added products.
Main equipments:

blanching/cooking temperature: +60~+100 Deg. C;
Temperature tolarance: +-3.5 Deg. C.
Seaworthy packing with steel frame for big machienry. Wooden or plywood carton packing for accessories and fittings.
