This Blister-Cartoner Line is combined with DPH260 Blister Machine and ZH330 Cartoner.
·The line’s maximum output reaches 330cartons/minute, processing of all common solid dose products and all types of forming material.
·Blister module with forming material reels of up to 600mm in diameter can run for 90 minutes of uninterrupted production. ·Capable of all standard types of closure systems for cartons from tuck-in to hot-melt. ·The heart of a Blister Line is the connection between the Blister and Cartoning machine. In this line, the connection phase is truly innovative thanks to the vacuum arms and blister counting magazine that adopt precise servo technology. These accurately control blister transfer, faulty blister rejection, positioning, and feeding, etc., to assure the stability of high running speed. ·The machine can be equipped with an online inspection system, and auto rejection and bar code inspection system. ·Can be connected to subsequent machines, e.g., Stretch- Banding Machine (Overwrapper), Weight Checker, and Case Packer to form whole efficiency production lines. 1. Blister module with forming material reels of up to 600mm in diameter can run for 90 minutes of uninterrupted production.
2. Adopts transfer belt to connect the Blister Machine and Cartoner, it provides easy changeover for different sizes of formats and cartons.
3. Inside the magazine, the blister cards are counted when they free fall via the servo-motor, and are then held in position by the transfer belt.
