DXD-WB-40SL High Speed Double Row Granular Packing Machine
Features
This is a high rate dual row packing machine is specially designed and manufactured for the medical, foodstuff and chemical industries. It can pack various loose, non-adhesive granular materials. It features a unique dual metering device, double row pack-making, true four-sides sealed packs. The fully enclosed spill prevention system will not allow material to be spilled inside the machine so to cause corrosion of the inside parts resulting in an increase in durability, stability and the service life of the machine. It incorporates a cross deviation correction device with two degrees of freedom and an intelligent longitudinal photoelectric trademark positioning system. Continuous trademark mode and fixed trademark mode can be switched at will. It can automatically perform metering, filling, pack making, sealing, cutting, notching and counting (optional preset number) of the packs with the stamping/printing of date/batch codes. The packs are sealed on all four sides.
