Features:
1 The model YKA31160 CNC gear hobbing machine is developed on the basis of the model YKA31160 gear hobbing machine.
2 CNC axes: X axis (radial feed motion) and Z axis (axial feed motion), which are all drove by AC servo-motors.
3 The CNC system adopts German SIEMENS-8020D.
4 On the principle of continuous indexing, the machine is capable is capable of cutting cylindrical spur and helical gears, crowning and slightly tapered teeth, as well as wormwheels by radial cutting method.
5 Axial and radial feed axes are drove by AC servo-motors through preloaded ball screws.
6 The machine is best suited for mine, oil, marine engineering machinery industries for hobbing large gears.
