Brief introduction of shisha machine
The shisha machine can press many different kinds of chips/tablets (circle, square, irregular, etc) by replacement of some spare parts. We produce the shisha hookah charcoal machine.The machine can press dry powder into circle chips/tablets, square, rectangle, ring, taper and so on by changing moulds. The finished products’ surface is smooth and its pressure as well as density can be adjusted.
Shi sha sample:
For the round shape: the size is usual diameter 28-35mm; for the cube shape the size is usual 20*20*20mm, 25*25*10mm, 20*20*10mm, most popular is 25*25*10mm, many clients choose this size.

2. The plastic film bag wrapped machine, according to the size and weight to make wooden or iron box, put machine in and fixed the box after loading. (The box material can be made as your requirements)
3. The machine parts need to be put in a fixed container, should be fixed well, lest collision and wear, or lost.

Other assistant equipments of shisha machine
1) Charcoal crusher(grinder):
the first step of coconut shell charcoal cube machine is to crush raw material into fine charcoal powder. The smaller the charcoal powder's size is, the better.( less than 3mm)
2) Mixer:
The second step of shisha machine is to mix charcoal powder with natural binder evenly. The reason why we use wheel mixer is that wheel mixer can not only improve charcoal powder's density, but also press charcoal powder into smaller size.( shisha machine)
4) Box dryer:
The last step of shisha machine is to dry charcoal briquettes in box dryer. Due to the liquid binder, the final charcoal briquettes will have 15-20% water content, so we need to dry the material.
