working process:
The iron ore fines must be powder,the size is less than 1mm,if the material need to crush,our factory can provide the crusher,after crush we put the iron ore power into the mixer,then add the adhesive into the mixer ,through the mixer making the material and the adhesive to fully mix,the iron ore irons through the convery belt to the iron ore fines briquette iron ore powder naturally enter the roller molds,with the rollers rotation.when the material reach the two rollers rotating line contact point,the pressure of materials has reached the peak.tremendous pressure in the role of line,the materials become a finished product from the iron ore powder to the ball.the whole production line is fully automatic.
