Brief introduction of roller crusher:
The "Lantian" series roller crusher is mainly used for medium size hardness material crushing and grinding, such as clay,
shale, coal gangue, slag or cinder and so on. It is mainly used in the industry of cement, metallurgy, chemical industry,
electric power, coal, refractory materials, etc.
Characteristics of roller crusher:
Balance particles, reliability, simple maintenance, low running cost, particles adjusted.
Structure of roller crusher:
Roller crusher consists of roll bearings, roll support bearing, hold and regulating device, and drive device etc. The roller ring
adopts wear-resisting ductile iron and alloy steel, and through quenching process. The hardness respectively reaches to HRC
60° ˜ 55°. The roller ring is equipped with the case, not only the whole roll ring width can play the role of breaking, improve
crushing fineness and prodcution.
