Clc brick making machine production line includes box feeder→ Roller crusher/ Jaw crusher→Double shaft mixer→ Finess crusher→ Extrudering mixer →Clc brick making machine → Brick slitter→ Brick cutter→Brick Stacker→Kiln Car → Kiln.(clc brick making machine)
1. Raw material & fuel preparation and handling
1)Send clay raw material to box feeder with loader. Send the clay raw material to double-roll crusher for preliminary crushing .
2)Preliminary crushed material is conveyed to twin-shaft mixing machine for adding water and agitating through belt conveyer.
3)After mixing of the first working procedure, the raw material is again sent to intense agitation extruder and high speed fine pulverizing double roll grinder for supplement water and agitating the raw material. (clc brick making machine)
2. Molding
1)The molding water content rate should be controlled within 16%-18%.
2)The vacuum pump will take out the air that entered into the extruding machine together with pug. The clc brick making machine will extrude the pug from machine mouth and then, carry out slitting & parting according to the required dimension.(clc brick making machine
3. Drying
1)When the unfired bricks cut by cutter and arranged into groups.

4. Burning
1)After drying , the unfired bricks are sent onto kiln by the dried brick cart,stacking bricks onto the kiln car for burning.

Part Seven: Installation of clc brick making machine
1) Clc brick making machine should be installed in a horizontal concrete, fixed by foundation bolt.
2) Clc brick making machine's main body should be located vertically with ground.
3) After clc brick making machine and its assistant equipments being installed, we should check
each part, each bolt, host storehouse door to see whether ther are tight or not.
4) Confirming the power and control switch according to clc brick making machine and its assistant
machine's power.
