Rotary Compound Fertilizer Dryer
Application or the rotary compound fertilizer dryer:
small drum dryer also called rotary drum dryer, mainly composed of rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device, and sealing ring. widely used in sawdust, wood chips, bamboo shavings, wood shavings, barley straw, oat straw, wheat straw, rye, straw, rice straw, sorghum straw, stalk and building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, industrial drying slag, cement limestone, coal, slag, clay, etc.

the accessories which are not in the scope of this machine include firebox. feeding and discharging equipment, dust catcher, etc.
Working Principle of rotary compound fertilizer dryer :
Wet material are sent to hopper of rotary compound fertilizer dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then though the hooper feeder and feeing tube into the fed end, feed pipe slope should be greater than the natural inclination of material, so that the material flow into the dryer smoothly. Dryer clinder is horizontal line sightly tilted into the rotation of the cyclinder. the inclination is approx 5(°), the sugar cane pith enter the dryer installed with slope to horizontal line from the high er side, the hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then material and hot air mix together, material go to the low side by gravity when the dryer is rotationg, inside the cyclinder wall with copy board( inside flight), its role is to put the material copy up and again, the contact surface is increased and the air flow of material, in order to improve the drying rate and promote the material progress. heating medium is generally divided into the hot air and flue gas, etc, after heating medium by the dryer, generally need to cyclone with material in the gas trap. For further reducing exhaust dust content, but also put again after a bag filter or wet precipilator emissions.
Features of rotary compound fertilizer dryer :

4. The diameter of the small drum dryer depend on the moisture content of the raw material, the length of the sugar cane pith dryer depend of the capacity.
5. can drying the material from MC50% to 10%, high capacity, continuous working.
6. the temperature can reach 1000-1300 ℃.
