1. what is the procedure of making cement steel nail ?
prepare 45# high carbon steel wire as raw material
wiredrawing wire for guarantee its diameter being same with the one you expected on final steel nail
threading wire into steel nail making machine for getting steel nail;
polishing
galvanization processing for improve hardness
2. Except the equipments being mentioined in No. 1 question , any other auxiliary ones are needed ?
point rolling machine ---for sharpener and thinner one end of steel wire to help itself goes into wire drawing machine easily
butt weldding machine----welding two ends every two steel wire coil together for continuous wiredrawing
nail knife sharpener-----to make the cutting tool more sharp
wire discharging machine----discharge the steel wire coil which had been drawn well
3. Q: We want to get a detailed quotation for whole prodction line ASAP , and what info have to be provided ?
A: 1) list us your expected steel nail size (length and diameter)
2)what is your raw material ? if that is waste wire , pls let me know it is building bar or tyre bead wire , and moreover notice possible max diameter in them.
3)you only need host machine or a whole production line ?

A: it is achieved on last step of wiredrawing via special structure die box .
5. Q: How the horizontal strips being appeared on nail body ?
A: it is achieved in steel nail making process specially under the function of nail mould .
6. Q: what size of cement nail your machine can make ?
A:
Except what aboved model , also we had another one which named as Z94-4.5C , It is designed to process steel nail within size scope of "70-135mm length and 3-6mm diameter" , motor comes as 4.4KW .
7. What types of steel nail your machine also can make ?
But need the help from other special auxiliary equipments like corrugated nail machine , umbrella head making machine , galvanization machine, thread rolling machine and etc .,
