Function of Steel Nail Making Machine:
Our production line originally is designed for common wire nail , but if adding other special auxiliary equipments like Corrugated Nail Machine , Umbrella Head Making Machine , Galvanized Machine , Thread-Rolling Machine and etc , will can be further to make screw nail , cement nail and roofing nail .

Flowchart of working procedure
1.wire drawing machine
draw out the big rebar into certain diameter which keep same as the nail you plan to make ,meanwhile the rust which attached on the surface also will be removed if you take our scrap steel bar style wire drawing machine or horizontal style drawing machine .
2.steel nail making machine
pre-set the length of nail you prefer , then use this machine to produce the wire nail .
3.polishing machine
to make the finished nail more bright ,notes that add some saw powder,paraffin,oil and other material in the machine when polishing .
tering and packing the nail with wooden box for marketing (You can also pull into the grid mesh cages, sheds, hangers, car baskets.)

Features of our steel nail making machine :
1.20M2 workshop are okay ,and just need 3 people to operate for the whole production line
2. Both of the scrap iron wire and the new steel rod can be used to make nails.The profit using wasts steel is 5 times of that using finished steel
