Function :
Our production line originally is designed for processing common wire nail , but if adding other special auxiliary equipment like corrugated nail machine , umbrella head making machine , galvanized machine , thread rolling machine and etc , will can be further to make screw nail ,cement nail , and roofing nail .
Spare parts of wire nail making machine:
punch pin ,nail knife,nail mould,and steel ball(for this one you can buy from your local market )
Available raw material:
1.new steel wire coil (both high carbon and low carbon type are all okay)
2.waste steel rebar get from construction(must belong to low carbon series), and diameter comes within 12mm .
3.tyre bead wire (need annealing treatment in advanced)
Specifications For All Model
Except what aboved , also we had another model which called Z94-4.5C,it is okay to process the steel nail within size scope of "70-135mm length and 3-6mm diameter " , motor comes as 4.4KW .
Simple production flowchart
1.wire drawing machine
draw out the big rebar into certain diameter which keep same as the nail you plan to make ,meanwhile the rust which attached on the surface also will be removed if you take our scrap steel bar style wire drawing machine or horizontal style drawing machine .
2.wire nail making machine
pre-set the length of nail you prefer , then use this machine to produce the wire nail .
3. steel nail polishing machine polishing machine
to make the finished nail more bright ,notes that add some sawdust,paraffin,oil inside when polishing .
Remark:
Excepet what aboved ,also we supply the auxiliary equipmet just like butt welding machine , pointing rolling machine , derusting machine , discharge wire machine and etc.

Features of our :
.20M2 workshop are okay ,and just need 3 people to operate for the whole production line
2. Both of the scrap iron wire and the new steel rod can be used to make nails.The profit using wasts steel is 5 times of that using finished steel
4 The most important part of principal axis are made in S45C steel and moreover treatment via heating , so very durable .
(designed in a whole body but not assemble type)
5. This machine adopts closed plunger type transmission structure so as to ensure the features such as high speed, low noise and less impact(self-lubricating).
6. can feed the materials automatically. Once start, it could make nails continuously.
7 A friction gear is installed between crankshaft and flywheel. It plays a protective role of safety when the machine breaks down or overloaded.
8.use control handle at the inlet place in order to control incoming line at any time during operating.
