A: low carbon HPB235 & HPB195 series new steel wire coil
low carbon scrap steel rebar from construction
tyre bead wire (but need a annealing treatment before making steel nail)

A: Punch pin ,nail knife, nail mould and steel ball (for this one you can buy from your local market ).

A: wire drawing machine --------draw out the big diameter steel wire into smaller one which keep same as the final nail you plan to make.
butt welding machine--------welding the end of every two steel wire coil together for continuous wire-drawing.
Pointing rolling machine-------sharpen one end of steel wire to help it goes into the wire drawing machine easily .
Steel Nail Polishing Machine------remove the rust sticked on steel nail to make it seems more bright .
Nail Knife Grinder---------grinding the cutting tool to make it more sharper

Q: What steel nail shape are okay to process by using this wire nail processing equipment ?
A: Our production line originally is designed for common wire nail , but if adding other special auxiliary equipments like Corrugated Nail Machine , Umbrella Head Making Machine , Galvanized Machine , Thread-Rolling Machine and etc , will can be further to make screw nail , cement nail and roofing nail .
Q: How many workers are needed for a whole production line ?
3-5 people
Q: What is the difference for those steel nails which made by scrap steel rebar and new steel wire ?
there are a vertical rib on steel nail body if using scrap steel rebar .
Q: What is the material for principal axis ?
we used as S45C Steel and moreover treat via heating , so much durable .
