If the raw material you prepared is new wire rod
1.New wire rod---> butt welding machine---> pointing rolling machine---.>horiziointal type wire drawing machine---> nail making machine--->nail polishing machine
2.New wire rod--->butt welding machine-->rust removal machine--->pointing rolling machine--->vertical type wire drawing machine(a group of 6ets)--->wire discharge machine--->nail making machine-->nail polishing machine
3.new wire rod--->butt welding machine--->pointing rolling machine--->vertical type wire drawing machine(a group of 4sets)--->nail making machine-->nail polishing machine
If the raw material you prepared is scrap steel rebar
scrap steel rebar--->8 model wire drawing machine-->5 model wire drawing machine--->nail making machine-nail polishing machine
Remark: No matter what raw material you plan to use, another set of nail knife sharpener is necessary to buy , it help to making the cutting tool installed in nail machine more sharp

Features of Steel Nail Production Machine:
1.20M2 workshop are okay ,and just need 3 people to operate for the whole production line
2. Both of the scrap iron wire and the new steel rod can be used to make nails.The profit using wasts steel is 5 times of that using finished steel
4 All the main components are made of quality steel, such as shaft, cams and gear.
5. This machine adopts closed plunger type transmission
structure so as to ensure the features such as high speed, low noise and less impact(self-lubricating).
6. can feed the materials automatically. Once start, it could make nails continuously.
7 A friction gear is installed between crankshaft and flywheel. It plays a protective role of safety when the machine breaks down or overloaded.
8.use control handle at the inlet place in order to control incoming line at any time during operating.
