Wire Nail Making Machine
Originally it is designed to make common wire nail , but testing proved that , under the help from other special auxiliary equipments like corrugated nail machine , umbrella head making machine ,galvanization machine, thread rolling machine and etc .,also are okay for screw steel nail , roofing nail and cement nail(require high carbon 45# steel)
pre-set the length of nail you prefer , threading wire into the feeder and then you can get finished nail.
Remark: the horizontal strip on nail body are formed via nail mould during this process .
Except what aboved model , also we had another one which named as Z94-4.5C ,
It is designed to process steel nail within size scope of "70-135mm length and 3-6mm diameter" , motor comes as 4.4KW
The most important part of principal axis are made in S45C steel and moreover treatment via heating , what is more , we design this most important part as a whole body not belong to that assemble-type , so very durable ,
1. does one set nail machine can produce any size steel nail ?
No, for each model only available for certain scope , pls refer specifications as above showed .
2. what raw material is okay to use ? How about the wire from waste tyre ?
buy low carbon Q235 or Q195 series new steel wire coil or use the waste steel rebar from buildings
waste tyre bead wire also is okay , just before use it and have to do a annealing treatment via furnace .
3. what is the difference on final steel nail from new wire coil and scrap steel rebar ?
The defective nail ratio from scrap steel rebar are a little higher .
there are a special vertical bar appears on final steel nail which made from scrap steel rebar , but nothing for steel nail made by new wire .
the profit of using scrap steel bar is 5 times than the situation of new steel wire coil .
4. what auxiliary equipments are must buy if process steel wire nail by using new steel wire coil(rod) ?

5. How big workshop should we prepared for a whole production line and how many workers I have to employee ?
20M2 is enough , 3 people is okay .

- Operating video will be sent to clients together with instruction book , to help them for a better use.

the seller will send one engineer to the buyer's factory , they are responsible for the instruction of installing machine and training the perator until the machine working normally . All the expenses out of china (including the round-trip air tickets , foods and hotel , salary 50USD/DAY)should be borne by the buyer . The buyer should prepare onetranslator for our engineers to communication .
