1. Q: do you produce other auxiliary equipments ? And what is their function ?
A: wire drawing machine ---drawing the larger diameter of steel wire into the smaller one as you expected
pointing rolling machine ---sharpener and thinner one end of steel wire to help itself goes into wire drawing machine easily
butt weldding machine---welding every two steel wire rod together for continuous wire drawing
steel nail polishing machine ---help to remove the rust sticked on steel nail
nail knife sharpener---to make the cutting tool more sharp
wire discharging machine -----discharge the steel wire coil which had been drawn well
2. Q: except the most common type steel nail , whether this machine can be used for making othey type , will you show us a photo ?
A: originally it is designed for common wire nail , but if adding other special auxiliary equipment like Corrugated Nail Machine , Umbrella Head Making Machine , Galvanized Machine , Thread-Rolling Machine and etc , will can be further to make screw nail , cement nail and roofing nail as below picture showed .
3. Q: what spare parts are needed ?
A : punch pin , nail knife , nail mould and steel ball (for this one and you can buy from your local market , easy to get )
