Waste Motor Rotor Crushing Machine
Working principle of waste motor rotor crushing machine :
Material fall into the high speed rotating impeller vertically, under the action of centrifugal force , and will produce high speed impact and smash with another part of material which distribute in umbrella form around that impeller , after such a kind of hitting each-other, they will smash due to multiple impact and friction between impeller and machine casing (eddy generation), and then discharge directly from lower location .
Forming a closed multiple circulation , via a vibrating screen to control the fineness of finished product you need. (size of finished iron block and copper wire are adjustable )

Step 1: crushing
Step 2: install a magnetic separator at discharging port , and then the iron will be picked out , for the rest mixture of copper wire and plastic pieces , it is okay to solve by a copper wire machine (crushing and separating machine for getting copper and plastic granule , as below photo are the ones from scrap electric wire , pls refer )
