The products are buckwheat kernels, huskers and feeds.
For the complete buckwheat shell and buckwheat kernel has higher value than buckwheat flour so under the condition of guarantee the buckwheat shell integrity to improve the yield of buckwheat kernel is the key technology of complete sets of equipment.

Technology craft flow
• Cleaning part adopts vibrating screen, destone machine and many sets of equipment such as magnetic separation machine, ensure that the cleaning effect.
• The buckwheat kernel is easy broken, so after classification by plansifter, the cleaned buckwheat are divided into grade levels buckwheat, first transfer into the temporary storage respectively to store, then different size of buckwheat are transfer into special buckwheat sheller, ensure the overall rate of buckwheat kernels.
• After shelling, the hulled mixture throuh the sifting and suction, separate the combination of buckwheat , the unhulled buckwheat shell are sent to the buckwheat sheller to shell again, (the broken buckwheat kernels during shelling will be collect and milleld into flour, this process is not essential, according customers requirements)
