Buckwheat dehulling technology craft flow
Technics description:
• Cleaning part adopts vibrating screen, destone machine and many sets of equipment such as magnetic separation machine, ensure that the cleaning effect.
• The buckwheat kernel is easy broken, so after classification by plansifter, the cleaned buckwheat are divided into grade levels buckwheat, first transfer into the temporary storage respectively to store, then different size of buckwheat are transfer into special buckwheat sheller, ensure the overall rate of buckwheat kernels.
• After shelling, the hulled mixture throuh the sifting and suction, separate the combination of buckwheat , the unhulled buckwheat shell are sent to the buckwheat sheller to shell again, (the broken buckwheat kernels during shelling will be collect and milled into flour, this process is not essential, according customers requirements)

6. Vibration source of the equipment adopts vibratory motors design, features easy and quick installation, no foundation works requires
7. All the electric works of this equipment are central controlled by electric control cabinet, interface is easy operation. The application of frequency technique in dehullers can adjust the frequency rate anytime according to the state of materials.
