Brief introduction of 50tpd wheat flour milling plant line

The flour milling plant fits for the production of tailored flour and all-purpose flour. The finished flour is  usually used to produce bread, biscuit, spaghetti, instant noodle, etc  

The machines of this series of compact wheat flour mill are designed and installed together with the steel structure support. The main support structure is made of three levels: the roller mills are located on the ground floor; the sifters are installed on the first floor and the cyclones and pneumatic pipes are on the second floor.

 

 

50TPD wheat flour milling plant line include four parts 

 

1.Raw wheat cleaning part

This part includes Bucket lifting, Combined cleaning sieve,  magnetic separator and dampening,  Low-pressure fan etc. It is mainly to remove the ensure impurities in the screen material, also can remove the gravel the gravei in the material and clean p the surface impurities. And adjust wheat moisture.

 

2.Pure wheat cleaning part

This parts in clude bucket lifting, wheat scourer, rotary sieve classifier,  magnetic separator, low-pressure fan etc. It manily clean the surface of the wheat,  ensure that the play  ash  content  of wheat finished points  can reach to the standard. And through  drive  shaft makes the  sifter  planar rotating  to  separating  the impurities from the grains.

 

3. Milling Part

It includes 6 pieces milling machine and two pieces double-bin sifter to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran.

 

4. Packing part

We provide quantitative packing machine or middle scale machine.  This part can be manual one

also can be auto one, it can be designed according to requirement and machine capacity.

Some main machines of this line

1.Triple cleaning sieve: Through the beat function of the wheat scourer, brusher to remove dust sand small seed, bacterial count and insect seed.

2.Damper: Dampening the wheat bran before mill to ensure the bran's integrity during the milling processing, avoid the bran going into the flour to keep flour quality.

3.Wheat scourer: clean the surface of the wheat, ensure that the play ash content of wheat finished points can reach to the standard.

4.Destoner: Mainly remove stone in the wheat to protect them milled into the flour and also protect the roller on the milling process.

5.Rotary sieve classifier: through value drive shaft makes the sifter planar rotating to separating the impurities from the grains.

6.Mill: Mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving
7.Double-plan sifter: To separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.

8.Wheat bran brushing machine:  separate the fine particle from the surface  of wheat bran.  Thus  reducing the rate of the bran, enhance the rate of the powder.

9.High pressure fan: offer wind force, wind pressure
