Characteristics of our wheat flour mill production line:

1.The machine adopts full steel structure, featuring handsome appearance,  easy installation  and small occupation.

2 .  it has stable performance and high flour yield,  The flour screening adopts efficient double bin plansifter;  the screen  adopts stainless  steel  wire mesh, difficult for blocking. 

3.The whole machine adopts pneumatic and negative pressure transmission,  not only preventing  smell from leakage, but also reducing workshop dust and  drying the flour in this process. 

4.The air outlet of the blower can be equipped with pulse deduster, making  your working  environment cleaner.

5.The plpe all adopts Φ precast pipe.  In every floor of pipe all set sight glass and inspection door; In each lifting pipe set sight glass  far from the platform 150mm.

1.Triple cleaning sieve: Through the beat function of the wheat scourer, brusher to remove dust sand small seed, bacterial count and insect seed.

2.Damper: Dampening the wheat bran before mill to ensure the bran's integrity during the milling processing, avoid the bran going into the flour to keep flour quality.

3.Wheat scourer: clean the surface of the wheat, ensure that the play ash content of wheat finished points can reach to the standard.

4.Destoner: Mainly remove stone in the wheat to protect them milled into the flour and also protect the roller on the milling process.

5.Rotary sieve classifier: through value drive shaft makes the sifter planar rotating to separating the impurities from the grains.

6.Mill: Mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving

7.Double-plan sifter: To separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.

8.Wheat bran brushing machine:  separate the fine particle from the surface  of wheat bran.  Thus  reducing the rate of the bran, enhance the rate of the powder.

9.High pressure fan: offer wind force, wind pressure
