Maize grits and flour milling plant processes raw maize into grad maize grits, flour, feed meal by cleaning, measurement, hulling, polishing, corn grits, flour milling. When we design the processing craft, fully considering our customer’s practical processing requirement, ensuring the quality of finished products and the continual operation of device to optimize device combining form, decrease power consumption, reduce device operation and finished products packing labor, decrease production management cost, maximum customer’s interests.

The process of maize flour grits and flour milling
Core machine of the production line: high efficient vibrating sifter, gravity destoner, manetic selector, corn hulling machine, corn polishing machine, fine corn grits machine, milling machine, square plantisifter, low and high pressure fan, plus dust collector....
1. Raw maize primary cleaning: sifting, measurement; equipped with 1 set of dust catching air net to ensure having a good work environment. (According to customer’s requirement to choose it or abandon it.)
2. Raw maize cleaning: sifting, 2 destoning, magnetic separating; equipped with 2 or 3 sets of dust collecting wind net, ensuring to finish production craft and dust catching.
3. Hulling, polishing, corn grits, flour milling: hulling, 2 polishings, corn grits crushing, bran suction and millings, siftings.
1) Hulling: clean out dust one the surface of corn and skin of crushed corn
2) Polishing: clean out micro skin on the surface of embryo and germ in the corn;
3) Corn grits: Crush big particle embryo into medium, small particles
4) Sifting: To grade according to the size of material particles, sifting qualified flour
5) Bran suction: According to gravity of material, separating micro skin from grade grits through air;
6) Milling: Mill material into qualified fineness flour, sifting by plansifter;
4. Measurement and packing: Add storage before measurement, manual and automatic electronic packing.
