Introduction of our factory

Our company is now expanding additional factory facility under semi-clean room environment which can manufacture medical devices, such as Cast and Splint, in addition to existing factory facility under clean room environment which can wash semiconductor parts, and try our best to produce best quality product based on experience that we have operated our factory under clean room environment for nearly 30 years.

We possess Caster and Splinter which is basic facility for manufacturing Cast and Splint and packing machine for final vacuum packing as well, and try our best to make sure that quality is controlled perfectly through strict control of temperature and humidity for stabilization of chemical resin process which is core of quality control among product manufacturing process.

Also we are pursuing establishment of research institute by developing existing division in exclusive charge of research for medical device further, in order to cope promptly with demand for product diversification from overseas customer, and we proceed with this plan, aiming to complete its establishment within this year.

Also in the future, we will continuously try our best to cope with customer demand promptly and exactly through stable quality and diversified product development.
