A. The raw material is General purpose polystyrene (GPPS).    

B.The general process flow of the ps foam food containe production line as below:  

    aa. The ps foam sheet is made by the ps foam sheet extruder machine  

    bb. The foam sheet shaped by the vacuum forming machine   

    cc. The hydraulic cutting off machine cut the shaped sheet into finish products.for example:foam tray, food  container  ,lunch box,,etc. 

    dd. The sheet scrap will be recycled by the recycling machine.

a. PS foam sheet extruder machine

--- ---PS foam sheet extruder machine uses a tandem screw technology to produce fine-block cell-structured extruded polystyrene foam sheet with high strength and a pearl and even surface, in a continuous roll, from polystyrene injection an eco-friendly blowing gas and additives. It has a user friendly operating system with inverter controlled driving, digital temperature control and so on.
