PS Foam Tray Making Machine

2. Forming and cutting procedure is done in the same machine, labor saving, high efficient, low labor intensity and production cost.

3. Production process is to put foam sheet into forming machine, end product and wastage will come out from the rear part.

4. Product can be used in the food, medical, electric parts, tourism, toys, etc.

PS Foam Tray Making Machine mainly includes four parts:                

1. PS foam sheet extrusion line

2. fast food box forming machine     

3. hydraulic cutting mac hine

4. plastic recycle machine              

This line is the whole production line, which can form lunch box from raw material. The material is recycled. The work flow is as follows: raw material---(ps foam sheet extrusion line)---foam sheet---(lunch box forming machine and cutting machine)---lunch box---(plastic recycle machine)---plastic granulars( this part can be used as raw material)----foam sheet.
