2,Production Description:
FS-FPM-ZH Series foam sheet (pearl cotton) thickening machine is essential special equipment for deep processing. It is used to thicken double or multi-layer when the thickness of once forming sheet is insufficient. The thickness after processing can reach 100mm thus expand the applied range of PE foam sheet.

3,Structure Characteristic:
1. The thickening machine consists of unwinding,heating bonding, roll-in and rewinding, the structural design is close-knit and reasonable, running steadily.
2. The main motor power of thickening machine is 2.2kw and it adopts frequency control,manipulation easy to adjust freely.
3. The heating box adopts pneumatic up and down,the flame size is controlled by valves.electric open by spark .
4.The Winder adopts torque motor control and automatic tension.
