YZJ-1L Extrusion Blow Molding Machine
The mainframe of YZJ-1L series is composed of a mold clamping mechanism (dual-station), a control system, a die-head, an extrusion system, a power system, a hydraulic system, a pneumatic system, a lubrication system, a machine fame and the like. The series machines are applicable to materials such as PE,PU,PVC,PP,PA,PS,PETG,PC,ABS,EVA,K-RESIN, nylon etc, and could produce 0.01L-1L plastic hollow products with daily output (24 hours) of approximately 20,000 to 80,000. The products are widely applicable in the fields such as cosmetics, petrol, chemical, medicine, food, toys, car components and the like.
Equipment features:
1. New high-performance bottle blowing machine characterized by small size, high speed, high stability, and high energy efficiency.
2. New techniques such as the new-type double-rod mold closing mechanism, cocurrent die head, and high-efficiency energy-saving extruding device are adopted and combined with original blowing devices and product withdrawing devices to completely realize full-automatic production.
3. Full computer control is employed for the electric control system to automatically carry out optimization of process parameters and fault diagnosis with high accuracy and good reliability of control.
4. 1, 2, 3, and 4 die head options are provided to realize mass production.
5. Automatic water intake devices, cold cutters, rotary-type bottleneck cutting devices, conveyor belts, and automatic rim charge crushing and recovery systems are provided as options.
