Features of sand washing machine:

Sand Washing machine Application:
Sand Washing is widely used for cleaning materials in the following industries: Quarry, minerals, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water conservation and hydropower, cement mixture station and so on.
Sand Washing machine working principle:
When the washing machine is working, the motor will slowly rotate after triangle, reducer, gear reduce the speed, sand and gravel through entering to the wash tank, rolled by the impellers driven, and grinding with each other, to remove the surface impurities covered by sandrock.and destroy water layer which covered in the sandrock. so it is good for dehydration. adding water at the same time,it will form strong water flows.taking away small proportion of foreign and impurities in time. exports from the overflow of wash tank, finish cleaning effect. clean sand will be taken away by the blade, at last the sandrock pour into the discharge chute throught the rotating impeller, finished the sandrock washing effect.
