1. Vibrator Screen Brief Introduction:
1. This series of vibrator screen moves round, it is specially designed for quarry to separate stone into different sizes. It also widely used for classification in mining, construction materials, transportation and energy etc. The series of YK, YZ is the latest model in China. The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. The material drops down the long time. This machine bears the features of different specifications, reliability, strong exciter, high efficiency, little noise, durability, convenient maintenance and safety.
2. This series of Circular-motion Vibrator Screen is specially designed for stone pit to sieve some different sizes of stone. It also applies to coal dressing, ore dressing, building-material electric and chemical industries etc as products gradating.
2. Vibrator Screen Types:
Vibrator screen has two types which are YZ and YK.YK series is a kind of the latest model at home. It adopts box-vibrating exciting, eccentric block and tyre coupler. And it makes a feature of advanced construction, strong vibrating force, low vibrating noise, easy maintenance, sturdy and durable.
3. Vibrator Screen Working Principle:
1. The YK series vibrator screen is for its approximately circular movement. It is of multilayer and high efficiency. The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. This kind of screen is of long streamline, many specifications and clear screening for different specifications.
2. The Vibrator Screen is a single-axis circular-movement inertial vibrating screen, the working of circular vibrating screen depends on inertial motor and inertial strength produced by eccentric plate, because of the vibration of screen box, the materials are threw out, so that materials of certain size go through the screen mesh, and the screening aim is realized. Since the magnetic exciter is installed on the gravity center of screen box, the two long elliptical axis form a shape like a Chinese character, and the upper of long elliptical axis in inlet end is in the same direction with the outlet, which favors the spread of materials which is in the screen box.

5. Vibrator Screen Warranty:
1. One Year (Calculated from the goods arrived the destination port.) If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.We can send our engineer to provide the installation and trial run in your place. But the relevant cost shall be bear in your account (round trip air ticket, board and lodging).
