Shaking Screen
1. Features of Shaking Screen:
1.Ring groove rivet connection, advanced structure and excellent durability.
2.Designed with a simple structure, with eccentric block as excitation, strong vibrating force, low electricity consumption and low noise.
3.Uses small amplitude, high frequency and big angle structure which enables it to have high screening efficiency and great handling capacity.
4.Uses large clearance bearings and is lubricated with thin oil. It causes little noise and has a long service life.
2. Working Principle of Shaking Screen:
This series of shaking screen do circular motion ,it is a new multilayer ,high-efficient vibrating screen. circular vibrating screen use the eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude.long materials streaming line, different screening specifications, it is with reliable structure ,strong vebrating force, and high screening efficiency, low noise, durable, easy maintenance, use safety, etc. the vibrating screen widely used in mining, building materials, transportation, energy and chemical and etc industry for product classification.
