Description:
GD600 Mechanical double cylinder thermoplastic kettle adopt mechanical transmission, double cylinder thermoplastic kettle, melting material cylinder of medium capacity and imported highly efficient four ring burner.
It has stable function, efficient melting, easy operation and maintenance.
Main technical parameter:
1. Engine: 7.7PS evaporative water-cooled diesel engine.
2. Kettle cylinder: capacity 300L*2. Cylinder body made of stainless steel. Pot bottom made of high-carbon steel. Erected oar stirrer.
3. Structure: Frame structure, insulation is fixed between liner and ektexine
4. Heating system: petroleum dry gas (50 kg jar commended) and imported highly efficient four ring burner / direct injection stove
5. Operation control: Hand clutch controls respectively the forward direction stir of the two cylinders
6. Safety facility: Automatic protection facility for overload is designed for guarantee. The diesel and gearbox separate automatically in emergency to ensure the security of operating personnel.
