 Brief introduction:

Hand-push thermoplastic road marking machine is key equipment of hot melt index line construction, and it finishes the index line construction cooperating with thermoplastic kettle.

Hand-push thermoplastic road marking machine is mainly used for marking reflective lines(such as straight lines, dotted lines, curved lines, direction arrows, letters) on expressways, city streets and parking lots.

Check and preparations before use

1, Clear the stones and impurities on the road surface keep the road clean and reach the construction requirements.

2, Add some lubricating in the shoe and clutch to keep the flexibility of switch.

3, The operator should clean the impurities in kettle and filter, check the flexibility of rotating parts carefully.  

4, Check the parts screw in case of screwing off.

5, Check the liquefied gas canister, furnace, and pipeline, whether has the oil leak.

6, Adjust the ground knife; control the width between 1.5-2.5mm.

7, Prepare the dry glass bead to broadcast uniformly. Pull the clutch driving handle of glass bead box and check the clutch gear meshes.

8,  For safety, please wear operator labor protection supplies, to prevent burns.
