GH100-915B customized big output 50m3/h Hose Peristaltic Pump
GH serises pumps Working principle:
GH series industrial hose pump (squeeze pump) consists mainly of pump house, rotor, roller, idle roller, squeeze tube and driving unit. The squeeze hose is U-shape in pump house, when rotor drives roller to rotate, hose is deformed. After the roller rotate, the deformed hose recover by its elasticity. Thus the negative pressure in this hose is generated, sucking slurries, and discharging through outlet under roller’s push, finally forms pressure conveying of slurries.

A: 60-42000L/h, if need, we also ca according your demands to redesign the pump.
2. Q: What's the running parts?
A: The squeeze hose is the only consumpation part.
Now we have three types hose for choose, Chinese hose, Britain hose, and Trelleborg hose.
3. Q: Whether can according customer's demands customized?
A: Of course. But we need to make clear the following points: what's project will use the pump do? What's the output and pressure do you need?
4. Q: Whether can only offer pump head?
A: Of course. we can offer pump hear without gearbox and electric motor. And also can make OEM for you.
