GYM System is consist of stress-end anchor, fixed-end anchor,anchor coupler and corrugated pipe. It can be divided into GYM13,GYM15,GYM18 series of round anchors and GBM13,GBM15 series of flat anchors, we also have high-strength steel wire GYM5,GYM7 series anchor. Our anchor system has below features:
Definition of Parts: Wedge Wedge is the key part of anchor system, which is made by high-class alloy steel 20CrMnTi. Its form is divided into two-chip and three-chip. The system apply to the two-chip GYM15 series, it can be used for round anchorage, flat anchorage, but also used for porous coupler. Anchor head Anchor head is the key part of bearing the prestressing tension, The round anchor head is made by 45# high-quality carbon construction steel, and the flat anchorage is made by 40Cr steel. Anchor head include round anchor head and flat anchor head Anchor Bearing Plate Anchor bearing plate is the key component, which transfer the load from anchor head to concrete under anchor. The method of transfer and distribution of stress affect the anti-cracking and load capacity of concrete. Bursting reinforcement used for distributing the concrete. For prevent concrete from crazing, and use the bursting reinforcement for strengthening tendons. Metal Bellows Metal bellows used for post tensionning prestress concrete structure or constructive pore-forming. It can be divided into round and flat by the section shape; divided into standard enhanced by radial stiffness; divided into metal and plastic tubes by materials, and the metal duct can be divided into galvanized and non-galvanized.

1. M15 applies to 15.2/15.24mm, 15.7mm pc strand.
2. M13 applies to 12.7mm, 12.5mm & 12.9mm pc strand.
3. M18 applies to 17.8mm pc strand.
4. M22 applies to 21.6/21.8mm pc strand.
5. M11 applies to 10.8mm pc strand.
6. M10 applies to 9.3mm, 9.53mm pc strand.
7. M7, M6, M5 apply to 7.0mm, 6.0mm, 5.0mm spiral ribbed pc wire
