Detail information about Steel Wire Stessing Machine and PC Strands Pulling Machine:
1. LEC Steel Wire Pulling Machine is a special equipment used in pulling 5mm to 9mm steel wires.
2. LEC PC Strand Pulling Machine is specially used in pulling 12.7mm to 16mm pc strands.
3. Now we have designed an integrated steel wire pulling machine and pc strand pullling machine by improve the performance of electric oil pump and jack to make it more durable and flexible.
4. Applications: pre-cast concrete slabs, prestressed concrete beams, prestressed concrete griders construction, bridge construction and factory of hollow core slabs.
5. High tensile strength: maximum capacity can reach 500KN,or according to your requirement.
6. Big and long stroke: We have strokes of 90mm, 120mm, 150mm, 200mm, 1200mm, 1400mm for this machine. Maximum strroke can reach 1500mm or according to your requirement to manufacture.
7. We also manifacture button heading machine to fix the steel wires.
