Production Description

LQT4-15 semi-automatic block making machine with different types of moulds is used to make concrete pavement brick, hollow block, solid brick, interlocking   brick etc. It can be described as a machine to meet various needs of different customers from companies or individual.

Raw material: Crushed stone, sand, cement, dust and coal fly ash, cinder, slag, gangue, gravel, perlite, and other industrial wastes.

Multi-Functional:The machine can make different products by change mould, like hollow block, solid brick, paver, Curbstone and so on.

The moulds, gears and shafts have heat treatment of quenching, boronizing, carburing and so on in order to ensure the quality of block machine.

Power-Saving: when the machine is working, only the main machine is always on, other parts only works at regular intervals.

Quick Speed: the male and female mould inserts and pulls out quickly with high-powered hydraulic pump .meanwhile, all the processes like feeding concrete into female mould and preparing concrete are finished at the same time.

High Quality: the switches and electric is Using CHNT and Omron brand .Mould is processed by heat treatment, carburization.

Easy Operation: the main machine is operated by one person,and other processes will be completed automatically by electronics .Because the pressure of vibration is high ,the materials needs less water .So the machine still can work under low temperature.

Quick Stacking: The brick made by this machine is high density .The wet bricks could be stacked if raw materials are good. So you can save pallets and land.

We will send technicians for guiding Installation, Commissioning, and Trial Production while training the technicians of customer after the equipments arrived at the site; Normally our equipments do not have big problem. The Technicians of customer can take care of it with our help if any problems occur. We usually recommend customers to purchase part of Spare Parts as backup.
