Stainless steel measuring tank fabricated by our company, adopting gravity flow injection, conduct ingredient dosing with feed stock and additives in proportion with accuracy of measuring controlled within 0.5‰ which fully comply with GMP standard.
Structure and Function of Measuring Tank
1.The series of automatic ingredient dosing equipment can detect the weight of liquid inside the tank independent from weight of the tank and the inside pressure.
2.Meanwhile detection elements are fitted on outer surface of the tank with no contact with feed stock inside the tank so as to guarantee quality of the ingredient dosing.
3.Adopting imported precision weighing sensors, the tank can ensure exact accuracy to the weight of feed stock.
4.Measuring tank adopts fast-assembly flexible connection ( imported platinum vulcanization silicon rubber tube with working temperature ranging between -73.3℃ to 204.4℃, which complies with GMP and FDA standard), greatly reducing measuring errors.
5.Fully settle the problems of randomness, instability and low measuring accuracy of manual ingredient dosing.
6.This equipment can conduct on-line automatic CIP and sterilization.
Appendix: Working Principle of weighing module
Three or four press type weighing modules mounted at the bottom of the tank transmit the weighing signals to the terminal box that connects in parallel signals of various routes of weighing modules and regulates angle difference against the loading conditions of various weighing modules and transmit the weighing signals to weighing terminals or weighing transducer after convergence. The weighing signals to weighing terminals or weighing transducer then translate relevant weighing signals into weighing data.
