Application and Features:
Vertical Outdoors Milk Tank- can be used for storage of cooled fresh milk in large milk stations or dairy plants, or the storage of liquid feed stock in food or pharmaceutical factories. Such equipment is fitted with cleansing system, agitation system,lighting and peephole devices, temperature and level indicators. The thermal insulation jacketed between the inner and outer wall of tank(or cooling jacket), integrated with the high speed agitator, enables the fresh milk pumped into the tank to be kept for 24 hours with a mere temperature rise of 2 degrees and no fat fat globules ascending, by which feature it is widely applied to the storage of fresh milk outdoors in dairy plants.
Structure Features:
This equipment is in cylindrical shape and the feed contact liner surface adopts SUS304-2B sheets. The cladding sheet can adopt SUS304-2B passivating treatment or coating corrugated sheet. The tank is fitted with crawling ladder on the side, and stainless steel guardrail(and walkway), vent valve and rotating nozzle at the top. There is working chamber at the bottom inside the tank which is equipped with oval manhole, high speed agitator, feed inlet and outlet, thermometer, pressure transmitter, sampling valve, CIP device. The tank is jacketed with insulation material(with rock wool or polyurethane foam as specified by the client).
