Wire surface degreasing machine

1. Main description of machine

The degreasing machine is for cleaning powder and grease from wire surface, belonging to fine powder-removing machine. Its theory is winding specific rope on wire and relative moving and rubbing against wire surface to wipe and clean. The machine is composed of one main motor driving principal axis and one auxiliary motor for wire traversing. The two motors’ speed and torque can be adjustable, and have wire broken alarm function. To prevent powder dust leaking, the machine adopts totally closed mode and has ventilation connector linking with external dedusting duct. Coil and decoil wheels installing adopt pneumatic method.
