PCD wire drawing die has such characteristics: hardness, high wear resistance & thermal conductivity and high mechanical strength and tenacity.
The wire drawing die/mould is used widely, for example, high precision wire materials u sed in electron device, radar, television, instrument and aerospace etc., and common t ungsten wire, molybdenum wire, stainless steel wire, electric wire and cable, and vario us alloy wire . Because of the raw material of wire drawing die/mould adopted the natur al diamond or synthetic diamonds, it has good wear resistance with long service life.
