Taking preform, loading preform, taking bottle and setting bottle are automatically finished by manipulator to avoid intermediate pollution.

This machine adopt full closed design so blown bottles are conveyed into bottle bin through manipulator and conveyor so reduce intermediate link. During whole production, workers’ hands never contact bottle so ensure bottle pollution-free and comply with the national hygiene standards.

PLC is connected with machine through special communication cable so customer could full control machine by PLC. Once be fault, PLC will give operator warning signal and fault diagnosis report so that operator could find fault reason and solve it soon through fault show.
