I. Performance and advantage
Human-computer interface (MMI) control, simple operation.
Automatically setting and loading preform.

Automatic control perform-loading according to the quantity and perform-setting stably and reliably.

Perfect heating system.

Heat preform uniformly so easy blow.
Low energy consumption, heated temperature of preform each part could be adjusted conveniently according to requirement.
Circulation air cooling system of infrared lamp is optional.
Heating parts adopt automatic mutual feedback and closed loop control system so output is constant power automatically in proportion not affected by voltage fluctuation.
II. Automatically taking preform, loading preform, taking bottle and setting bottle
Taking preform, loading preform, taking bottle and setting bottle are automatically finished by manipulator to avoid intermediate pollution.
III. Changing mould
Changing mould is fast easily finished within one hour.
IV. High automaticity, reduce bottle pollution
This machine adopt full closed design so blown bottles are conveyed into bottle bin through manipulator and conveyor so reduce intermediate link. During whole production, workers’ hands never contact bottle so ensure bottle pollution-free and comply with the national hygiene standards.

The electric parts, pneumatic elements, sealing parts, bearing, reducer, etc. are famous brand from Europe & American and Japan to ensure machine reliability and life. The whole machine could enjoy one year warranty and lifelong maintenance.
VI. Human-computer interface
Control by Taiwan EV MMI with multiple parameter interface so easy to operate. And also operate manually so as to amend technical parameter at any time when running, for example, pre-blow, second blow, blow time, and so on.
VII. Convenient maintenance
PLC is connected with machine through special communication cable so customer could full control machine by PLC. Once be fault, PLC will give operator warning signal and fault diagnosis report so that operator could find fault reason and solve it soon through fault show.
VIII. Safety
GLB series automatic blow moulding machine provide the followed perfect mechanical and electrical safety protection devices so ensure operator safety and machine longtime stable running.
Operator safety: The machine adopts full closed structure and provide perfect reliable safety door so furthest ensure operator safety.
