YC-A Automatic Napkin Folder Machine
YC-A Embossed Napkin Folder is for the production of square or rectangular napkin paper. The parent jumbo rolls which have been slit into the desired width are embossed, automatically folded into finished products of napkins . The machine is equipped with electrical shifting device , which can mark the sheet counts of each bundle required, making it easy for packaging. The embossing rolls can be heated by the heating elements , which can make the embossing patterns clearer and better . Depending on the requirement of customer, the machine can be built to make the 1/4, 1/6 and 1/8, etc folding, Can equipped with varied frequenc y speed adjustment according to the customer's requirement. (Option)
Advantages
1,A variety of folded pattern can be selected, can be customized.
2,Color printing part adopts flexography printing, pattern can replace flexibly according to requirement, adopt special color printing, net lines ink vibrator.
3,Stepless speed adjustment for unwinding roll, whole machine run synchronously, production automatic counting, can set automatic counting delamination output, convenient for packing.
4,Bottom embossing roller adopt Felt Roller, Wool Roller, Rubber Roller(you can select 1 kind among them). Embossing can be selected to equip with heating system, pattern is bright.
