In fact, an UHT instant sterilizer is not only for heating. because we need to heating milk to 115 ~ 135 degree for sterilization, after heating to this temp, we need use cooling water to bring the Ultra High Temperature in the milk away. The purpose of this cooling step is to keep the probiotic bacteria and other nutritional elements in milk, so as to make sure the milk after sterilization by the UHT instant sterilizer have the original taste and nutrition, also get a long shelf life which is not less than 6 to 8 months.
