Please allow me to introduce you our UHT sterilizer and its function.
1. UHT is the shortage of "Ultra High Temperature",
2. Instant means "a very short time (as the time it takes the eye blink or the heart to beat)"
3. Sterilizer is a device for heating substances above their boiling point; used to manufacture dairy, juice or chemicals or to sterilize surgical instruments
4. Steam heating means the device use steam as heating medium
so we can know that the steam heating UHT instant sterilizer is a machine which use steam as heating medium to heating milk, tea, and juice to a high temperature<above their boiling point> to kill the harmful bacteria in them, all the heating process was happen in a very short time.
In fact, an UHT instant sterilizer is not only for heating. because we need to heating milk to 115 ~ 135 degree for sterilization, after heating to this temp, we need use cooling water to bring the Ultra High Temperature in the milk away. The purpose of this cooling step is to keep the probiotic bacteria and other nutritional elements in milk, so as to make sure the milk after sterilization by the UHT instant sterilizer have the original taste and nutrition, also get a long shelf life which is not less than 6 to 8 months.
To our surprise, the UHT instant sterilizer is not only what i tell you above. Except heating milk to a high temp, and cooling milk to a low temp, this UHT machine is with high efficiency. All the heating and cooling process was finished in only 4 to 6 seconds.
