Electric jacket kettle is widely used for the cooking of fruit, vegetable, soup, candy. Also used in the processing of sweets, pharmacy, dairy, alcohol, pastry, beverage, succade and so on. This electric heating jacketed kettle can also be used for large-scale restaurants and dining rooms, which can improve processing quality and working condition, and shorten the processing time. This kettle takes 110V to 480V voltage <can be customized> as its heat source, with electrical bar, electric couple and conduction oil in interlayer, as high as 250°C, controlled by electric cabinet. Our jacketed kettle has advantages of big heating area, high heat-efficiency, homogeneous heating, short boiling time, controllable heating temperature ect. The inner layer of this kettle is made of austenitic stainless steel, equipped with pressure gauge, safety valve and electric cabinet, featured by good appearance, easy operation and reliable insulating property.
