Feature of heating reactor:
The equipment is mainly used for the production chains such as hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation and storage in the industries of medicine, chemical, food and light industry etc. The reaction kettles are made of SUS304, SUS321, SUS304L and SUS316L etc.
1.The mixers are divided into anchor type, frame type, oar type and turbo type etc.
2.The rotation mechanism can adopt cycloid pin gear reducer and stepless speed reducer .
3.The sealing mechanism can adopt mechanical sealing.
4.The heating and cooling can adopt jacket, semicanal and coil structure etc.
5.The heating methods are steam, electric and HTF (Heat transfer oil) to satisfy the technology requirements under different work environment such as anti-acid, anti-high-temperature, anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion.
The design and manufacturing can be carried out according to the requirements of customer’s technology.
